SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION

2026 SCHOLARSHIP(2026 coming soon)

INTRODUCTION

The Festival of the Little Hills is a not-for-profit organization which has provided a fund-raising venue for other local area non-profit groups since 1971.  The Festival of the Little Hills conducts one of America’s premier events known by the same name as the organization in August each year.  The event celebrates the rich history of St. Charles through crafts, craft demonstrations, antiques, food, music, family fun and more.

The Festival of the Little Hills may award five (5) one-year scholarships of $1,000.00 each to high school seniors from Lewis & Clark Career Center, St. Charles High School, St. Charles West High School, Duchesne High School, Lutheran High School, Orchard Farm High School, and Francis Howell North High School. The scholarship is open to all seniors who plan to attend St. Charles Community College, a four-year university, a trade or technical school, or achieve an equivalent from an accredited certification program for the arts. Extra attention will be given to those pursuing fields such as advanced manufacturing, automotive, construction, cosmetology, early education, health sciences, hospitality, law, and public safety.
