Scholarship Foundation

The Festival of the Little Hills is a not-for-profit organization, which has provided a fund raising venue for other local area non-profit groups since 1971. The Festival of the Little Hills conducts one of America’s premier events known by the same name as the organization in August each year. The event celebrates the rich history of St. Charles through crafts, craft demonstrations, antiques, food, music, family fun and more.

The Festival of the Little Hills may award five (5) one year scholarships of $1,000.00 each, to high school. Seniors from St. Charles High School, St. Charles West High School, Duchesne High School, Lutheran High School, Orchard Farm High School, and Francis Howell North High School to attend a four year university.
